By accessing Merkafri websites, dashboards, or APIs, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The service
Merkafri provides price intelligence, briefs, and related analytics. Pilot data may be incomplete or delayed — do not rely on it as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without independent verification.
Forecasts and anomalies
Any forecast, anomaly flag, or narrative is informational, not financial advice. Models can be wrong; markets can move for reasons we do not capture. You accept all risk from decisions you make using Merkafri.
Data and attribution
Merkafri datasets and generated briefs are protected. Public tiers may allow downloads under stated licences; republication must credit "Source: Merkafri" unless otherwise agreed. Scraping or bulk extraction that degrades the service or circumvents access controls is prohibited.
Community submissions
You confirm submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you grant Merkafri a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them in the product. Do not submit confidential or unlawfully obtained information.
API use
API keys and rate limits apply per plan. You may not resell raw feeds in competition with Merkafri without a written agreement. Abuse may result in suspension.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merkafri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on prices, forecasts, or third-party sources. Total liability is capped at fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero for free use.
